How Do I Request a Sample?

Simply follow these easy steps:

Find the product that you would like to request a sample of.
Press the "Request a Sample" link below the product images.

If the product price is less than $5.00, it will be free of charge. However, if it is greater than $5.00, a warning will be displayed and you will be required to call or chat with a representative via Live Chat to request the sample.

(Basically anything on this Web Site $5.00 or less will be shipped to you as a sample, coffee mugs, pen, pencils, water bottle etc..)

I did this and get their product magazine with a letter saying "here are your product samples" but no samples.

I didn't have a problem. I clicked on the link, then I went to the left hand side and clicked on one of their quick links. In my case I selected new products, and then I clicked on the Delane Pen ($2.30) and when it came up - right under the picture in blue print is "Request a Sample" when I did that, I got the order page with the pen filled in and no cost for shipping and handling, the I just carried on and completed my information for "new" customer

I just completed this offer -- not expecting to receive anything for a while.

FYI: you can request up to 5 samples in your order.
